Intro to Sourdough Class

Join Marissa from Long Meadow Farm on Saturday, February 28th, 2026 from 230-4pm at Rooted Dreams Floral and Design Co. in Mansfield, CT for a beginner-friendly introduction to all things sourdough. You will learn how to maintain a sourdough starter, how to make a country sourdough loaf - including mixing, stretching, shaping, scoring and baking! Included with the class is a sourdough starter, sourdough information booklet, recipe, banneton basket, flour sack cloth, bench scraper, lame and a loaf to take home and bake in the days following the class!
